+ The Role

The Materials Coordinator plays a key role within our stock control/dispatch area which involves working with electronic assemblies (circuit boards) and components.

Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain the role will involve goods inward, kitting, dispatch and stock taking.

+ What will I be delivering?

  • Maintain control, traceability and accurate records of the stock on a rolling monthly basis.

  • Conduct yearly WIP stock takes.

  • Assist in yearly Financial Audits.

  • Liaise with the Quality team regarding shipping and shortages.

  • Provide parts ad hoc to internal customers and liaising with the Planning department to ensure this does not create shortage issues for customer orders.

  • Housekeeping – ensuring that the working area is clean and safe.

  • Ensure optimum use of space whilst maintaining identification of product.

  • Responsible for Health & Safety (H&S) within your working area.

  • Maintain ESD status of yourself, parts, and the workplace.
