+ The Role  

Are you a people person with a passion for understanding what makes great teams tick? Are you ready to kickstart your career and join a fun and vibrant People and Comms team to show you the ropes and get stuck in to all things People and HR? If yes, we’ve got the perfect role for you!  

Reporting into the People Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the whole people function, including administration activities, recruitment and the full employee lifecycle.  

No HR experience necessary, we are just looking for the right person to join our fun and buzzing team, who is eager to learn and get stuck in!  

We will also fund and support you through your CIPD Level 3 … what’s not to like?  

+ What will I be delivering?  

The People Team is pacey, ambitious and is on a mission to create the best environment for all of our teams, meaning there are so many activities you can be involved in. To give you a flavour of some of your main duties, your responsibilities will include:  

General Admin:  

  • Input data, create letters/contracts, pull reports and maintain our People System (HiBob)  

  • Be a point of contact for our employees, responding to People queries in a timely manner and monitoring the People inbox 

  • Support the People team with reviewing current processes and implementing ideas to improve our HR function 

Recruitment:  

  • Support the People Team with the administrative recruitment tasks, including working with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, shortlisting candidates, carrying out telephone interviews etc.  

  • Being a point of contact for new starters and making sure their line manager has reached out to them prior to joining.  

  • Ensure new starters are set up correctly and enrolled onto the necessary systems/platforms.  

Learning and development:  

  • Assist in organising training courses and initiatives to help grow our team  

  • Managing our learning systems to make sure our teams are completing all of their necessary training on time 

People Team Projects:  

  • Get involved in exciting HR projects that shape the future of our company, from wellbeing initiatives to DE&I efforts.

We’re looking for someone who is:  

  • Curious and enthusiastic – you’re eager to learn and love working with people!  

  • Organised and detailed orientated – juggling tasks and timeline is no problem for you 

  • A great communicator – whether it’s an email or a face to face chat, you’re confident in sharing your ideas  

  • Tech savvy – comfortable with Microsoft Office and keen to learn all about our People System, HiBob
