Quality Inspector

We're looking for a Quality Inspector to join our Business Assurance Team in Colchester, Essex. The successful candidate will work closely with manufacturing to ensure production standards are met and maintained at the highest standard, enabling us to meet our customer requirements. Essentially, you'll be acting as a gatekeeper of excellence!

What you’ll do: 

• Inspect with expertise: conduct thorough inspections of products at various stages of production, ensuring they meet our quality standards.

• Lead with precision: use your keen eye for detail to detect deviations and assist in root cause investigations.

• Collaborate: work closely with production and engineering teams to identify potential issues and recommend necessary improvements.

• Drive continuous improvement: Participate in quality audits, provide feedback on product processes and champion initiatives to strengthen product quality.

 What you’ll bring: 

• Attention to detail: a keen eye for spotting the smallest imperfections.

• Problem solving: ability to think critically and resolve issues quickly.

• Technical know-how: familiarity with inspections tools, quality standards, interpret and understand Engineering Change Documents, as well as reading drawings/layouts.

• Team player: excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work with cross-functional teams.
