The Role

Reporting to the Test Lead, you will be working alongside the Production Team, the core responsibilities of the role will involve:

  • The mechanical assembly of electronic assemblies.

  • Prepare and assemble heatsinks in accordance with the appropriate procedures.

  • Complete relevant documentation as and when required.

Other duties may include, but not exclusively, initial programming of products, and packing.

  • Manufacturing and assembly of Single Board Computers (SBCs) to the operations schedule

  • Quality of product therefore ensuring customer satisfaction.

What do I need to bring with me?

Demonstrated knowledge and experience

  • Competent user of Microsoft Office Packages including Word and Excel.

  • Use of PC’s and their operating systems.

  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams.

Technical skills and qualifications

  • BTEC/NVQ Electronics - desirable
