Concurrent Technologies Awarded Gold Membership by The 5% Club

Concurrent Technologies, a global specialist in the design, development, and manufacture of leading-edge embedded computer solutions for critical applications, has been awarded gold membership status by The 5% Club.

Concurrent Technologies has been awarded Gold Membership
The 5% Club is a UK-orientated dynamic movement of employers, all of whom are inspired to take positive action for increased, inclusive, and accessible workplace training for all, and are committed to developing the workforce needed for a socially mobile, prosperous, and cohesive nation.

Concurrent Technologies first joined The 5% Club in 2022 and was awarded Silver status in recognition of our contribution to the continued development of our employees through “Earn & Learn” schemes such as Apprenticeships, Graduate Schemes, and Sponsored Students Course Placements. Our original participation in The 5% Club was personally driven by our CEO Miles Adcock, and now just 12 months later, Concurrent Technologies is one of 119 members who have achieved Gold Status.

Victoria Middleton, People Director of Concurrent Technologies commented:

“Concurrent Technologies is proud to have received our Gold Membership from The 5% Club.  As an organisation, we are driven to improve, evolve and grow our talent.  Alignment with those core values has enabled us to achieve gold status in just 12 months, with over 5% of our workforce now participating in Earn and Learn positions."
