Concurrent Technologies Welcomes Commercial Director, Richmond Davies

Concurrent Technologies, (AIM: CNC) a world-leading specialist in the design and manufacture of high-end embedded computer boards and system solutions for critical applications, is delighted to welcome Richmond Davies to our growing organisation.

Richmond joins Concurrent Technologies as our Commercial Director, after 30 successful years of accumulated experience in the multi-faceted discipline of commercial management, across multiple sectors, for both UK and international businesses.

In this position within our organisation, Richmond will have responsibility for coordinating and overseeing all of our wide-ranging external commitments and commercial contracts, while playing a key role within our Leadership Team.

Richmond has held senior commercial positions within business sectors closely aligned to Concurrent Technologies’ customers and stakeholders, such as major defence contractors in the UK, Europe, North America and the Middle East, telecommunication businesses the UK and Far East, and system and IT integration businesses in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Prior to joining Concurrent Technologies, Richmond was Interim Commercial Director of the Defence, Fire & Security business of Capita PLC, having previously held similar senior-level roles within Airbus and General Dynamics UK, and has supported additional defence businesses on a consulting basis. Richmond was also the Commercial & Legal Director for Hong Kong Telecom’s interests in the UK, and for IT and Systems Integration businesses worldwide, on both a permanent and consulting basis.

This latest addition to Concurrent Technologies’ expanding team represents a significant milestone towards meeting and exceeding our organisation’s long-term commercial growth objectives.
