Supplier Code of Conduct Statement
Concurrent Technologies Plc (Concurrent) is committed to conducting business with integrity, fairness, and respect for people and the environment. We expect our suppliers, contractors, and business partners to uphold the same high standards. This Supplier Code of Conduct sets out the principles and guidelines that all suppliers must follow when working with us.
1. Compliance with Laws, Regulations and Contracts
All suppliers are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing their business activities, employees, and operations. In addition, Concurrent suppliers must adhere to all terms, conditions, and other contractual provisions agreed with Concurrent.
2. Ethical Business Practices
Conduct business honestly, transparently, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Prohibit bribery, corruption, extortion, and embezzlement in any form.
Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose any potential risks to Concurrent.
3. Labour and Human Rights
Respect the rights of all workers, including freedom of association and collective bargaining.
Ensure fair wages, working hours, and benefits in line with local laws and international standards.
Prohibit child labour, forced labour, and any form of human trafficking.
Provide a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and abuse.
Comply with relevant Conflict Minerals regulations regarding the sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten, and gold (3TG). Take reasonable steps to ensure these minerals are not sourced from conflict-affected or high-risk areas, in line with the OECD Due Diligence Guidance, the U.S. Dodd-Frank Act Section 1502, or the EU Conflict Minerals Regulation.
4. Health and Safety
Maintain a safe and healthy working environment for all employees.
Implement effective health and safety management systems to prevent accidents and injuries.
Provide appropriate training, protective equipment, and emergency preparedness measures.
Comply with national health and safety legislation (e.g., UK Health and Safety at Work Act 1974) where appropriate.
5. Environmental Responsibility
Comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
Minimize environmental impact through responsible resource use, waste management, and emissions reduction.
Support initiatives that promote sustainability and innovation in environmental practices.
Suppliers must comply with EU REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals), and RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) directives where applicable.
6. Compliance and Monitoring
Where specified, suppliers must comply with internationally recognized quality and safety standards, including AS9100 (Quality Management Systems for Aviation, Space, and Defence Organizations).
Maintain certifications relevant to their industry, such as ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems.
Demonstrate continuous improvement in quality, safety, and sustainability practices.
Allow Concurrent to assess compliance through audits, inspections, or reporting mechanisms.
Promptly address any identified non-compliance and implement corrective actions.
7. Anti-Counterfeit Practices for Electronic Components
Source electronic components and assemblies only from authorized distributors or OEMs, with full traceability documentation.
Implement incoming inspection and electrical testing protocols to detect counterfeit or substandard SMT parts before use in production.
Maintain detailed lot-level records to ensure traceability of all electronic components throughout the manufacturing process.
