Reporting into the Technical Support Manager, you will be interfacing with customers to assist in the use of our hardware and software, thus ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Role
This role will consist of two major functions, Daily technical customer support & System setup for evaluation. This is a fast-paced job where it is critical to promptly log and address requests received.
This will include;
Guiding customers in understanding and maximizing the use of complex technologies, offering clear explanations and tailored advice
Setting up systems in the lab to replicate the applications our customers are trying to setup.
Contribute to the creation of technical documentation, such as application notes and white papers, to support both internal teams and customers.
You will be working with a team of engineers based in LA , Woburn and the UK
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for our Tier 1 customers in the United States, providing consistent and proactive support while liaising with design engineers
In order to provide turnkey systems to our customers, you will be required to potentially validate the correct operation of systems to be shipped.
What do I need to bring with me?
Previous experience working directly with customers.
High level knowledge of embedded engineering.
Pre and post sales customer support.
Technical Skills and Qualifications
Technical knowledge of VPX, VME, CPCI.
Technical knowledge of Linux, Windows & VxWorks.
Embedded System assembly and integration.
Behavioral Competencies
Excellent communicator, both verbal and written.
Confident in presenting and interacting with customers.
