Career Wellbeing

Happiness is everything and so we incorporate wellbeing into our culture. Our philosophy is that we are all individuals with different needs at different times, we are open and transparent and adapt our approaches.

YuLife

YuLife is a massive part of living and breathing our philosophy. By partnering with YuLife we encourage you to make healthy habits everyday in a really fun way, and you can make some money whilst doing it.

It also creates some healthy competition and breaks down barriers between teams and people in different countries. You can dual other employees for steps and be on leaderboards for both steps and Yuduku (Yulife’s version of Suduku). And we also compete externally against other companies!

Flexible working

We encourage everyone to work in the most efficient way for themselves, their team and the business. For roles that are not specifically required to be on site full time (e.g. shop floor roles) hybrid working is encouraged.

We also have a flexible approach to working hours providing core hours of 10am – 3pm which can be used as long as it’s agreed with your manager. Some of our roles have set working hours so please check out the specific job spec for further information on work hours but if you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Mental Health First Aiders

We have MHFAs across the business who are there to be a friendly face or listening ear for anyone at Concurrent to support mentally or emotionally. They’re not trained mental health professionals, but can help support you in getting appropriate help, guide to resources, or simply listen.

Volunteering day

We offer one day per year per employee to volunteer with a registered charity of your choice. This can be used individually on in teams.

Office socials

Feeling good mentally, physically and socially matters so we plan socials every few months such as breakfasts or lunches with the occasional egg race or bingo thrown in! You’d need to watch out on our comms platform to find out more about them.
