Evolve Week

Evolve week is our chance to make sure that each and every one of us is working towards our strategy!


It is time that we dedicate to our continual evolution as a company, and also as people. They take place every quarter. They key focuses are Strategy, Culture and Wellbeing but there are also some other topics depending on the time of the year or the stage in our evolution.

We own tasks to completion

If a task is with us, we follow it through to completion and we make sure that people know their actions or part to complete.

Our time is precious

Be empowered to say if something isn’t as efficient as it could be. For example, only attend a meeting if you understand your reason for being there and can participate.

We simplify to manage complexity

We work in a complex environment so it is important to try to keep as much as possible as simple as possible. This also enables us to be agile! Continuous improvement work packages are encouraged!

We understand everyone makes mistakes from time to time.

We’re all on a learning journey, and it’s OK to make a mistake. But we do expect you to own it and learn from it.

Whether it’s in the office, at a team social event or attending a team-building day, we make the most of spending time together. On a quarterly basis we organise some sort of social event for everyone.
