An Introduction to: Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is arguably the most poorly understood concept in the modern world. Many people, in all areas of society, lack a detailed sense of AI, with the concept often being confused with super-powered robots or hyper-intelligent devices. This short publication aims to give a brief overview of the concept of AI, and discuss how it can be used in modern society, and the defence and aerospace sectors.
