Concurrent Technologies announces appointment of new Chief Financial Officer

Concurrent Technologies Plc is pleased to announce that Kim Garrod will join as Chief Financial Officer.  She will commence employment in the spring of 2022 and will be an executive director of the Company.  Kim replaces Jonathan Martin who has decided to leave the company after several years of committed service. Kim previously worked for QinetiQ Plc and all its predecessor organisations including the Royal Aircraft Establishment (RAE), Defence Research Agency and Defence Evaluation and Research Agency. She started her career as a civil servant in the finance function of the RAE and progressed through to being the International Finance Director of QinetiQ. She has extensive experience in transformation, performance improvement, governance, M&A, integration, and driving growth internationally within businesses.
